Order Processing

All orders are processed within one to two (1–2) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with shipping and tracking details.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, Ajada ships within the United Arab Emirates only.

International shipping will be introduced in future phases and will be announced on our website once available.


Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes one to two (1–2) business days from dispatch.

Same day delivery may be available in select areas for an additional fee. Availability and pricing will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak demand periods.


Shipping Fees

Standard next day delivery within the UAE is complimentary unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Same day delivery fees, where available, will be calculated and displayed before payment is completed.


Order Tracking and Proof of Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to follow your delivery status.

Delivery confirmation and tracking information provided by our shipping partners constitute proof of delivery for all orders.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within forty eight (48) hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

In such cases, Ajada may request photos or additional information to help resolve the issue efficiently.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Ajada is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before completing your order.

If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address details, additional delivery or re delivery fees may apply.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees may be applied by the destination country’s customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. Ajada does not collect, process, or control these charges, as they are determined by local authorities or courier partners.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.

Please note that refusal to pay customs fees or failure to clear a shipment may result in the order being returned or abandoned. In such cases, shipping costs and any additional charges incurred will not be refunded.
