All orders are processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Locations
At the moment, Ajada ships within the United Arab Emirates only.
International shipping will be introduced in future phases.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes one to two business days after dispatch.
Same day delivery may be available in select areas for an additional fee. Availability and pricing will be shown at checkout.

Standard next day delivery within the UAE is complimentary unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Same day delivery fees, when available, will be calculated and displayed before payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment status.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or arrives incomplete, please contact us within forty eight hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Ajada is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before completing your order.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, additional delivery fees may apply for re delivery.
